Delivery Policy FAQ's

What is your coverage?
We ship the products across India.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than Rs.999, we charge a shipping charge of Rs 100. All orders above Rs.999 are shipped free.

Who ships the products?
To ensure efficient shipping of products we ship the product to you in 2 ways - Directly shipped from Dial Organic & -  Shipped directly from the brands

Please do bear in mind that sometimes you may receive two separate deliveries, at different times.

We will email and SMS you a tracking number when your products get picked up by the shipper.

When do we get delivery?
Please allow 5 - 7 business days after you have ordered for the product to reach you.

What if we receive damaged goods?
We take extreme care in our packaging our products but in  case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing  obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned.

Please email us an image to customercare@dialorganic.com within 3 days of the received damaged package so that we can take remedial steps

For any reason if you wish to return or a refund needs to be initiated,
we are happy to issue a store credit note.

Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns. 
They include but are not limited to Bath & body, Baby & Kids and food items etc.
Also used items are not returnable.
